I realize this blog is basically a note to natalie. Which is cool.
So natalie a diet is needed to be sticked to by me. before i turn into a statistic. peace love and cake.

    haha good realization...
    I need to diet i was doing good on my low carb diet untill i got sick and then its been strictly carbs.
